Payment for participation must be done according to the invoice of the Organizer. The Application Form   is official financial obligation. the Organizer provides services to B Exhibitor according to payment. Due to technical-organizational reason the Organizer can change the place of exposition stand and immediately inform the Exhibitor. Dismantle and removal of the exposition before official closing is forbidden. Exhibitors undertake to carry out all rules of fire-prevention safety and in case of breach – bear full responsibility. Trade at an exhibition is conducted according to the legislation of the Russian Federation. Exhibitor must have all the necessary certificates, licence and other required documents according to rules of trade. Organizer of the exhibition do not provides protection of the exposition during work.
